Tank field is an important process unit of chemical enterprises,which stores a wide variety of materials with large storage capacity.Most of the stored materials are dangerous chemicals,which are prone to accidents,and once accidents occur,they often cause disastrous consequences.According to the case study of accidents related to the tank field,most of the accidents are caused by human reasons such as the operator's illegal operation or operation error.Therefore,it is important to do well in the safety training of the operator in the tank field to ensure the safety of the production and operation of the tank field.Traditional safety training adopts the method of combining theoretical teaching with field visit,which is poor in practicality,unable to leave a deep impression on trainees,and at the same time has certain risks,and often fails to achieve the ideal training effect.This paper first studies a series of accidents related to the tank field,and combined with the actual enterprise tank field investigation and on-site inspection report,analyzes and summarizes the risks and possible accidents existing in the operation of dangerous chemical tank field,analyzes and discusses the requirements of tank field operation training and the superiority of using virtual simulation training system.Design the main structure and related features of the practical training system,and study the technologies which is pivotal to realize the functions.Finally,this paper refers to an oil tank field of an enterprise,uses Unity3D engine to build a virtual tank field model,designs and realizes the interactive functions related to equipment and operation process,and completes the development of virtual simulation training system for the tank field.The system has realized the core functions such as tank field equipment function simulation,production monitoring simulation,process simulation,accident consequence display based on risk identification,and auxiliary functions such as user management,alarm management,retrieval and query,learning and assessment,etc.The system provides a kind of convenient,practical,safe and effective training means for tank field operation safety training.
