Modular Fixture Network Information System Implementation And Optimization

In this paper, the general development of MIS is summarized and a good applied prospect of modular fixture is pointed out. In order to improve the management of the modular fixture assembling station of one enterprise, the Management Information System of Modular Fixture is put forward to develop. The research of this paper is based on the development of this system.At first, a comprehensive method which combines structural life-cycle method with prototyping is adopted to develop this system. Then a system planning is brought forward to specify the following character of the system, such as overall goal, system structure, business model, theme database, running environment and programming language.Under the guidance of system planning, the realizing process of C/S part and B/S part is presented in detail. The description of C/S part is laid emphasis on system analysis and system design, while the description of B/S part is laid emphasis on the application of JSP technology and the solution of key problem.Furthermore, the optimize research on the finished system is discussed. How to utilize the OLE technology to integrate CAXA and Pro/E with the system is stated separately.Finally, the achievement of the research is summarized and a feasible direction of CAFD research is proposed.
