Recently, ozone has been widely used in medicine, vivers, chemical industry, air decontamination, sewage disposal and drinking water sterilization. It shows good future for low re-polluted productions when used in water disposal. Now most of ozone generators have low efficiency, high power consumption, low ozone concentration, which has greatly impeded their application in China. Compared to the normal-frequency ozone generators, medium and high frequency ozone generators have lots of virtue, such as tightened structure, high ozone concentration, low power consumption, which can make the ozone generators to be used widely. High-frequency ozone generator control system includes low power consumption, work stably, and be controlled easily characteristics, which is the high-frequency ozone generator development direction.This thesis takes advantage of the advanced technology and experience of former ozone generators, analyses and discusses how to design the high-frequency ozone generator control system. According to the power equation of pipe ozone cell, inverter, air source, power protection device and cooling mode could affect the output of ozone generator. This thesis includes four parts: design and simulation of ozone generator inverter, development of low humidity-dew point transducer, control system hardware and software design and current protection device design. In the each part I analysis the design idea and calculate the parameter. At last the feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated by experiments. The related problems on application are also discussed.
