| Slit rolling is a high efficiency and lessened energy rolling technology, it has been developed greatly in recently ten years. On the basis of the theory of metal distortion, this dissertation has a series of research work with bar slit rolling and combining productive practice, firstly the author has been develop the Computer Aided Roll-pass Design system for bar slit rolling in the scope of rolling.The dissertation has been designed using round steel slit rolling as entity model. Firstly, the distortion of rolled piece and the designing method in the beforehand slit pass and slit pass has been analyzed. Secondly, based on the research production of predecessor and research of the author, CARD system selected some corresponding experience formulas such as roll force, roll moment, roll temperature and roll consume, and established spread model in the beforehand slit pass and slit pass and the distribution model of elongation coefficient. Subsequently, CARD system applied the dynamic programming method with minimum roll consume and optimized its pass system. Lastly, the data search system has been set up by connecting Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access. The drawing model is developed by utilizing the interface between Visual Basic 6.0 and AutoCAD.Applied comprehensively with theories of slit rolling and idea of CARD, the object-oriented technology and the database function of Visual Basic 6.0, the sophisticated function of AutoCAD in graph manipulation, this CARD system is provided with higher intelligent degree and good practicability.By the field investigation, the Computer Aided Roll-pass Design system of bar two strand slit rolling is provided with highly commonality. |
