Exploitation And Study On Pretreatment Software Of NC Code Of ONC System's Up Location Device

Open NC system which is writed simply as ONC system is a development tendency of NC system, and NC system is developing at high speed, high precision, intelligentization and network informationization. However, there are many drawbacks in the NC system at present, for example, the operation system adopts DOS platform in the mass, so it is difficult to share various of software and hardware resources. Additionally, the interface of NC system is not friendly and intuitional enough; its operation is not easy enough, and its stability, reliability as well as open ability are also not good enough.For solving the problems mentioned above, in the paper it has been taken for a tackle key problem item of science and technology that is named exploitation of ONC system based on DSP technology and Windows platform, which is ratified Guangxi Science and Technology Office in 2003. In the paper the author has studied the sub-project which is called exploitation andstudy on pretreatment software of NC code of ONC system's up location device. Based on the achievement of previous study in the item, such as NC-codes editing, compilation-translating, proofreading and so on, and has accomplished following exploiting tasks which are the software module of tool compensating, the interface of programming , simulating, compensating of tool nose paths and the control panel. The software interface exploited in the paper is friendly and intuitional and easy to operate; The software of tool compensation can realize to connect smoothly of line to line, line to arc, arc to line or arc to arc; The software of compilation and simulation can automatically display different properties of NC codes in different color, and zoom in and zoom out the figure of tool nose paths dynamically. The problems of further study are the study and exploitation of help system software and self-diagnose software of NC system.
