After many groping experiments, this paper carries out a 3 factors and 3 level orthogonal experiment to A green molasses, which considering temperature,pH value, dosage of TX declourant and their mutual influences. By analysed, it is notable of pH value and TX dosage for decoloration, and the effects of all factors for molasses purity is not remarkable.The optimum technological condition is that,pH value:7.8, temperature:70℃ ,TX dosage:20 ppm, but the purity of discolored molasses is declined appreciably as a whole.It can be draw a conclusion along analyses of infrared and ultraviolet spectrum, that there may be a reaction between TX and sulfonic,which combine with chromophores, and the outcome after the reaction is indiscerptible, so it can be flocculated and separated from auxochrome by TX decolorant. In addition, the dissociated auxochrome is neutralzed by phosphatic acid, which is propitious to decoloration. In all, the discolored technology of A green molasses by TX decolorant is notable.The decoloration of magnesian. absorption is selective chemisorption, which accord with Langmuir isothermal equation, the saturated absorbility is 3.8g/g. It is clearly that sedimentation is better than other separate methods.
