In order to meet the variety and short the cycle in the modern Shoe-last industry, the NC Shoe-last Machine Tool has been developed.The NC Machine Tool is an integrated application of computer technology, accurate measurement technology and lathe structure technology. It is a equipment that Shoe-last CAD/CAM system exports finally; It is the most key in Shoe-last CAD/CAM system..Based on the important research project funded by Zhejiang Province Technology Foundation - "Development of Shoe-last CAD/CAM System and Research of NC Shoe-last Machine Tool", this thesis makes a study of the NC Shoe-last Machine Tool's research. The main content of this thesis is presented as follows:1. Based on analyzing the current situation and existing problem, the thesis put forward the key to improve shoes manufacturing industry of our country -Develop NC Shoe-last Machine Tool with our independent intellectual property right.2. From the key technology of the NC Shoe-last Machine Tool, the composition and the operation principle of the machine tool have been described.3. In order to overcome the drawback of traditional design method, short the designing and the manufacturing cycle and low the costs, the thesis combined the traditional design method organically with CAD. It has done successful exploration in the method of the NC Machine Tool's production. It guaranteed to make the NC Shoe-last Machine Tool successfully.4. The cutter system, main shaft system, entering system and the whole structure's research have been narrated in detail; The static strength effect and dynamic force effect of the important part and assembly have been analyzed and simulated.5. The paper has done more detailed discussion how to select the type of the numerical control system and how to design the circuit of the NC machine tool.In order to improve the researching and developing traditional engineering product, we have done effective work in the exploration of the method of making of the Shoe-last Machine Tool. |
