Research On High-function PS Plate's Production Technology

To ensure the quality of PS plate, it's important to make quality control system in production process. In this paper, most parameters of production technology are built and influences of some quality parameters are discussed, such as degreasing, electrolysis, dust erasing, oxidation, sensitized film covering, etc. According to the criteria of China Chemical Ministry and the Xi'an Meihang Printing Materials Co.Ltd producing practice, the optimizing quality systems of every step are summarized. For example, the plate-making parameters are confirmed by developing test and different roughness curves and microstructures of grain are analyzed by grain test. At last, improving methods of production technology is present by comparing several famous PS plates.This paper also discusses how to improve high-function PS plate by improve the features of electrolytic solvent, adding enclosing technology and presents the better methods of research and developing different new high-function sensitized emulsion, which improves production technology.The paper is a part of research project of" Research and Development of High-function Plate", which is carried out by Xi'an Meihang Printing Materials Co.Ltd and Printing & Packaging Institute of XUT.
