Research On Open Network CNC System Of The NC-embedded PC Structure

With the developing of computer technology, as important resource of manufacturing enterprise, computer numerical control system must develop toward opening and network with supporting advanced production mode such as agile manufacturing, green manufacturing. Open network CNC of the NC-embedded PC structure is main trend of CNC development since it has good opening, simple structure, and is easy to integrate information.The paper introduces concept, content and architecture of open network CNC, analyze Real-time of CNC and establish a platform of open network CNC of NC-embedded PC structure. Some key technology of open CNC system is researched including multi-thread technology, oriented object and COM component technology, and plugging and playing technology. It is helpful to realize multi-task exclusion, module and the opening of CNC. Some concrete application in STAR-2003 CNC is discussed and module of automation process is particularly designed. The paper researches information of open network CNC system, sets up module of information and elaborates the key technology of information integration of CNC system. By combining practice, the concrete realization process of module of information integration is deeply studied.
