The container soleplate is the main loading accessories, which should not only have high strength, stiffness and preferably wear-life, but also demand special chemistry anti-insect handles. It is one of the most important plywood products for technical property till now. It has very important significance for the all domestic of the container materials, which based on domestic wood as the raw material, study, develop and produce plywood products for the container soleplate.This thesis experimented to research the face ply of intensify plywood in surface dipping, drying technology in normal temperature and press. At the same time the vacuum dipping method has been experimented to research. It has indicated through research that the method of intensify plywood in surface is simple and feasible in technology, low cost of production, can be applied in existing plywood factory. The physical and mechanical property of intensify plywood in surface is to be increase widely compared with ordinary plywood. Especially its dry and wet modulus of elasticity increases over 20%, the surface smooth of products increases 29%, wearability increases over 50%.In the study, the influence of heat transfer speed which in different trees, moisture content in different veneers, different hot pressing temperature and different assembly thickness was analyzed systematically. The heat transfer rule was concluded that board plank equilibrium temperature is lower and temperature difference (temperature difference between hot pressing plate and board plank equilibrium temperature) is higher as the increase of hot pressing board plank thickness. The reference calculation table of hot pressing time and the step hot pressing method were provided in production of plywood for the container soleplate. At the same time it was researched initially that the veneer fiber direction and veneer position to the influence of the product mechanics property, and the surface veneer layers and compress rate to the influence of increase product mechanics property.Production experiment research of domestic wood container soleplate was carried based on birch as the compound surface veneer and larch as inside veneer. The container soleplate, which is produce through steps hot pressing method, its norm of physics mechanics property as follows: vertical and horizontal static bending strength are 98.0Mpa and 46.3Mpa; vertical and horizontal modulus of elasticity are 12624Mpa and 5040Mpa; sample qualified rate in glue strength is 100%.
