At present, the development of the container floor industry is sluggish, and most of the factories are in a state of loss. How to further reduce the production cost has become an urgent problem for each factory, and it is also the key to“Breaking the Bureau”.As a kind of fast-growing timber species,Eucalyptus is widely planted in southern China. The price is relatively low and the resources are abundant. However, due to the easy cracking of wood, the use of eucalyptus is seriously restricted. Therefore, this paper prepares a new type of bamboo-wood composite container bottom plate by compounding bamboo and beech veneer, aiming at reducing the production cost of the container bottom plate and promoting the development of the beech industry. This study with bamboo bamboo curtain and eucalyptus wood veneer as raw material, through the methods of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment explores the concentration of rubber, rubber time, group billet way for bamboo and wood composite panels, hot pressing pressure and hot pressing time along the grain static music intensity, horizontal grain and grain, horizontal grain elastic modulus, the influence of process parameters optimization of the pressed bamboo composite panels, the optimization of technological parameters of the preparation of the 21 st floor layer of bamboo and wood composite containers, totest the performance, and economic benefit analysis of the bottom line. The main conclusions are as follows:1 、 The single factor method was used to study the effects of dipping concentration and dipping time on the elastic and transverse grain bending strength of the bamboo-wood composite board, and the bending modulus of the bamboo-wood composite board. The bending strength of bamboo wood composite board increases first and then decreases with the decrease of dipping concentration. When the concentration is 6 baume degree, the bending performance is the best;the bending performance of bamboo-wood composite board increases with the increase of dipping time, but when the dipping time exceeds 30 min,the strengthening range becomes smaller.Considering various factors comprehensively, the dipping concentration is preferably 5-7 bume, and the dipping time is 20-40 min.2、Study on the blanking method of the 9-layer bamboo-wood composite panel. The presence of the lateral bead curtain will strengthen the transverse static bending strength and elastic modulus of the bamboo-wood composite panel, but at the same time reduce the static bending strength and elastic modulus.Considering the combination,it is advisable to use the slab method D.3、The orthogonal test method was used to simulate the production process of the 21-layer container bottom plate by impregnating bamboo curtain and eucalyptus veneer. The results showed that the optimal production process was:the dipping concentration was 6 baud. The dipping time was 40 min,the hotpressing pressure was 5 MPa,and the hot pressing time was 1.0 min/mm.4 、 A 21-layer bamboo-wood composite container bottom plate was prepared by an optimized scheme. The longitudinal and transverse static bending strengths were 139.7 MPa and 39.4 MPa,respectively. The longitudinal and transverse elastic moduli were 12690 MPa and 3670 MPa,respectively, which fully complied with GB/T 19536-2015.The requirements for "Plywood for Container Floor" are excellent.5、The annual profit of the plywood production line for eucalyptus and bamboo containers is RMB 17.717 million yuan, and the annual profit is RMB1.567 million yuan. The productivity rate is 46.1%,and the rate of return on cost is 159.1%.All the economic indicators are better than plywood for common container floor, which has higher production value.
