With the increasing extent of industrialize and citifying and the wide using of wash, chemical fertilizer and pesticide, There is great amount of nitrogen and phosphorus being released into water. So the eutrophication of water becomes gradually serious. Thus the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from the sewage has become the hot issue in the sewage treatment. The research and practical appliance of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology is gradually deserved appreciation.Biological nitrogen removal is that organic nitrogen and NH3-N in the sewage transforms into NO3--N on the condition of aerobic and under the action of nitrifying bacteria, then NO3--N transforms into N2 on the condition of anaerobic and under the action of annitrifying bacteria, thus it is removed. The primary microorganism in the biological phosphorus removal process is Polyphosphate Accumulating Organism (PAO). On the condition of anaerobic, PAO make the polyphosphate accumulating into PO43--P which releasing out of cell through water dissolving so that it can obtain energy and the source of organic carbon which compound material of storing energy in the cell. Then, PAO product energy and supply itself absorbing phosphorus surplus through dissolving PHB in the cell on the condition of aerobic, thus phosphorus is removed by the form of cell.Conventional removal process of nitrogen and phosphorus include: A2/O process, OD process, SBR process and so on. Many new process are appealed, but lots of them still on the stage that demanding further research and explode. It is urgent that the mature, efficient, economic and fitting for our country situation technology is wide and deep exploded. SBR process as a sewage biological treatment technology absorbs wide appreciation recently and more and more research on it, because SBR process can control flexible in terms of time and be easy to automatic controlling.According to the characteristic of nitrogen and phosphorus treatment in our country, the sewage (tantamount to city sewage characteristic) is confected in the lab, so the experiment and research of the effect of SBR process removing nitrogen and phosphorus can be carried on. The operation way of SBR process removing nitrogen and phosphorus through experimental identification is the following: water conned rapidly, anaerobic rotating (2.5h), aeration (8h), anoxic (3h), Aerating (20minutes), then precipitate, discharge of mud, water elimination, the cycle is 14 hours. In a typical cycle the removal mechanism of various of pollutant is analysed in this paper through the charge condition of various of pollutant in water.SBR process can remove organism, on the meanwhile, it has well function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. When the consistence of COD, TP, TN, NH3-N of influent are 621.06mg/L, 11.9mg/L, 86.99mg/L,59.57mg/L, the consistence of effluent are 20.95mg/L, 0.109mg/L, 5.87mg/L, 4.35mg/L, and the rates of removal reach 96.7%, 99.2%, 93%, 92.7%. The effluent reach first discharge standard.
