The mine fire is the best severe calamity in all mine disasters, which threatens the safetyproduction of mines seriously. Especially in our country, the mine fire is greatly sever, whichwill result in great loss of personnel and property. The mine with the properties ofspontaneous combustion occupies 47 percent approximately in unified distribution coal mineand important coal mines. In the present work faces using fully-machined exploitation, thecoal bed with the property of spontaneous combustion occupies 75 percent about, whichseriously affects the safety production of coal mine and the comprehensive application of thefully-machined exploitation technology. In order to reduce the loss and ensure the safetyproduction of mines, the fire technology is adopted in many coal mines, at present in whichthe using effect of the colloid fire technology is better. Coal bed fire technology is that thecolloid slurry will be transported from the ground to the fire work face or the laneway by thegrouting pipelines. During the course of the transportation, the pipeline will be jammed easilybecause of the extremely high consistency. On the contrary, the using effect can't beimplemented primly. So the resistance of pipeline transportation will be reduced byappending the dense colloid in the slurry. By studying the dense colloid in the lab, we hasbeen obtained the fluid parameter, viscosity and the indicatory method of viscosity, theproperty of reducing the resistance and the change of flow. And the calculation method of theresistance modulus has been given by rule and line. The flow state in the pipeline of the densecolloid slurry is carried on numerical value simulation by the software CFD Fluent, which hasbeen grasped. And the critical flow velocity of the dense colloid slurry in the different ratio ofbetween water and earth is obtained by numerical calculations.
