Study On System Of Environment Influence And Prediction Assessment About Mining Subsidence Area

Nowadays．environment and environment maintaining is more and more emphasized bygovernment and the entire social．People have realized that the sustainable development strategy is the exclusive optional approach for all the human being to seek for existing and development．Coal iS the major energy source in our country．Coal account for 75％in one-off consumption structure ofenergy source．Coal industry is the number one in the energy source ofour country,and plays an important role in the development of national economy． The mining subsidence results in a series of environment problems,such as the earth's surface subsidenee；crack and slope even collapse for all kinds of constructions；slope even snapping for railway,highway and underground pipelines；water and soil running off, desertification,saline-alkali and swamp soil．So,it is an important subject for a nation like us—a mount of people country——to exploit and utilize mineral and soil resources reasonably, prevent environment from destroying,and protect the sustainable and harmonious development of mining area economy． GIS is a valid load-body of information．It'S DBMS function can manage a mount of data united；its spatial analysis function give a basic orientation for decision；it have a straight,visualized,and three-dimension output method of spatial data and environment data． The paper puts forward the environment problems that result from mining subsidence detailed,specified the advantage of GIS in system．On the basis of the study of mining subsidence predicting method,use VC++to exploit system programming,The system realize predicting of any condition and parameters,draw ground movement and deformation curve,argue the effect on building above mining area,realize the predicting of ground movement and deformation on building．Use AD0 technology to link database,and So realize standard and intelligent management about mining data．...
