The chemical constituents of Oxytropis Latibracteata Jurtz have been tested systematically by means of tube-test. It was found that the Oxytropis Latibracteata Jurtz contains phenols, tannins, alkaloids, phytosterols and terpenoids, flavonoids, lactones, conmarins, saccharides, proteins, organic acids, volatile oils, fats and some other chemcial constituents by preliminary study. Four compounds were isolated from the Oxytropis Latibracteata Jurtz by means of solvent extraction, vacuum liquid chromatography, a column of XDA-4 macroporous absorption resin and other means. Their chemical structures were identified as 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavane(Ⅰ), genistein-4′-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ), kaempferol-3-β-D-glucoside(Ⅲ), diisobutyl phthalate(Ⅳ), by the chemical reaction and spectral means(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,1H-1HCOSY,13C-1HCOSY). Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ were obtained from the Oxytropis for the first time. Compound Ⅲ was obtained from the Oxytropis Latibracteate Jurtz for the first time.
