The present situation and development of HAGC are discussedon the paper. At the same time the paper analyzed the characteristic of many HAGC, and the paper discussed the situation of not meeting the demand of the production and the technical .After researching the Third Technology Reform ,the original F4~F6 HAGC system was replaced by F1~F6 dynamic setting AGC model invented by our own country based on "P-H";the specific measures of F1~F6 HAGC upgrade were put forward; Theoretical calculation and system simulation of the static and dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system in F1~F3HAGC and F4~F6HAGC after upgrade were performed, the structure of the system about triplex stage servo valve is introduced; after analyzing factors which influences the stability of valve, it is showed that it is an effective way to make the valve operate smoothly and extend its frequency range by putting in PD correction annulus, and at the same time, small damping coefficient in pilot valve will also be helpful to the stable state of the triplex valve. Calculation method of DAGC in 1450 mill roller HAGC control model is analyzed, theoretical calculation of monitor AGC and DAGC common correlation analysis,calculation equation of the compensation rate of mass flow is presented and meaningful suggestions is provided. Compensation of eccentric force ,compensation of roll stretch,compensation of heat crown about mill roll,compensation of mechanical bearing thickness about oil flooded bearing of the mills and so on are explored, and then a set of dynamical testing system of hydraulic position system was designed, whose software was programmed by Visual Basic and Borland C++, with such features as high accuracy, desirable timing, friendly interface and convenient operation , and was suitable to perform dynamic test for high degree of accuracy ,high corresponding electronic hydraulic valve system. At last, the paper made an analysis about the application of DAGC in slat roll as well as its effect.Since its application in April, 2003, DAGC, with ever-improving and ever-improving automatic control system, has been improving equipment management level and products quality.
