This article expound the fact belted steel to be hot to roll hydraulic pressure thickness automatic composition of control system and control the result in succession, have introduced the control principle and characteristic of the automatic control system (HAGC ) of the thickness of current various kinds of hydraulic pressure. Adopt dynamic settlement type AGC (DAGC ) model pursueing to be got to the rolling mill after technological transformation on the basis of " P-H " that our country invented to analyze at the same time , on this basis , control (HAGC) concrete scheme and measure of transforming after putting forward the thickness of hydraulic pressure.This text introduced the control system of the thickness of the rolling mill in succession more analytically and hotly in detail Composition (HAGC), controlling several kinds of AGC in models to control the principle , algorithm of the model of establishing typedynamically that (DAGC). And calculate the equation in compensation amount of probing into the metal flow of more detailed description. Have analysed that controls the dependence that AGC and DAGC share, partial rolling strength is compensated, the rigidity compensating , hot protruding degree of roll , wearing and tearing the change to compensate the theory of compensating with the thickness of the bearing of the oil film etc. and use the method of rolling mill, have explained the application situation and model that AGC technology takes on the rolling mill in the board control the result actually. The article has introduced controlling the scheme concretly of the automated system especially, this scheme makes very good control result, have reached the advanced international standards.In order to test and maintain system, developing a hydraulic pressure servo position system,dynamical testing system and fast detection system for trouble, the systematic developing platform adopts the Visual Basic combines with Borland C ++, high accuracy , real-time character are good, the commonability is strong, person-machine interface is friendly and easy to operate characters etc, it's suitable for testing dynamically high accuracy , high servo system of electric liquid that responds.To facilitate use , safeguarding and debugging HAGC and exploring a new way in the future and have accumulated certain research experiences. The research theory of the thesis rolls the thickness to automatically control with controlling the method hot to our country actually in succession (HAGC), function normal to is it have much theory meaning and actual economic worth to put into operation.
