Through experiment, the preparing method of the absorbtion type and bi-component of the chlorine dioxide of solid carrier was adopted. Under constant temperature and accelerating condition, the factors which affected releasing speciality of the chlorine dioxide of solid carrier had been discussed including pH,releasing agent,carrier,filler,content. The prescription of relatively steady quality was obtained by comparison: carrier as agar, A:B was 0.75~1,mixed fillers, pH value 8.5, This product should be reserved and transported in lower temperature.The sterilization experiment indicated that slowly releasing chlorine dioxide gas from the chlorine dioxide of solid carrier had good effect of sterilization. Different gas concentration was needed to different germs, such as Escherichia coli (60000/mL) was 1.61~1.81mg/m3,Staphylococcus aureus(21000/2mL)was 2.16~2.28mg/m3,Bacillus subtilis(800/mL)was 6.67~6.78mg/m3,Aspergillus flavus(80000/mL)was 1.64~1.72mg/m3. Chlorine dioxide gas had also good effect of sterilization on air, different time and concentration produced different effect: 48ug/m3(72h),109ug/m3(24h),1150ug/m3(30min). According to technology of controlling releasing, anti-releasing agent PAA-CL was synthesized from acrylic acid with acrylamide as comonomer [M],K2S2O8 as initator [I], NaOH as neutralization [N], N,N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinker agent [C]. By orthogonal design and single factor experiment, the relatively optimum polymerization condition was obtained: T=50℃(2h)→65℃(3h), n(AM:AA)=1:11,[N]=90%,[I]=0.3%,[M]=30%,[C]=0.025~0.03%, water-absorbency(3649g/g),salt-solution-absorbency(0.9%NaCl,174g/g), chlorine dioxide-solution-absorbency (2%ClO2,77g/g). In addition, the anti-releasing mechanism of anti-releasing agent PAA-CL was discussed how to control releasing speciality of the chlorine dioxide solid carrier.Through the activating mechanism of the chlorine dioxide solid carrier, releasing dynamics of the chlorine dioxide solid carrier was studied: The surface reaction in initial stage, approximate first class response, dynamics equation was ;the reaction inside the mote of the chlorine dioxide solid carrier, approximate second class response, dynamics equation was ;telophase response, approximate first class response, dynamics equation was .
