Aiming at the disadvantage about low speed and big error of manual color register accuration system in conventional bill-printing machine, consulting the characteristic of auto-register accuration system in advanced foreign gravure machine, this paper introduces a self-correcting bill-printing machine system based on Ethernet.This new control system using the incremental optical-electrical encoder and one-photoelectric-sensor to capture the printing error, realizes self-correcting in printing, and use automatism closed loop inspect and control system to displace manual color register accuration system. Each control-bill of block platen uses Ethernet communicating with PC, this made control process fast, function mightiness, good-developing, be prone to realizing long-distance inspecting, giving an alarm when some failures appearing in printing. This self-correcting system best increases precision of color register accuration and speed of printing, predigests operation, finally advances printing quality.This paper mainly studies TCP/IP protocol family and abridges some of it, this not only satisfies the demand of data-transmitting and controlling of apply system, but also embeds in 8 bit singlechip. On the base of considering anti-jamming of system, designs the software and hardware, workouts inspecting programs of PC, realizes self-correcting of chromatically warp in printing.
