Methodology Of The Environmental Benefit Analysis Of Cogeneration

This paper looks back the development of our country environmental manage policy and discusses the policy about environmental pollute control and the mechanism of total emission control. This paper also studies total emission control model and multiple objectives optimal method from a new point based on the unified performance evaluate system of the energy utilization system and establishes different operable total emission control model which can be used in different field based on the demand of management and decision-making. This paper have researched the environmental economics analysis methodology about the environmental benefits of cogeneration and analyzed the emissions benefits and other environmental benefits of cogeneration using cost benefit analysis methodology.
