With development of economy and technology, the need of consumer for textile increases day by day. Modern textile industry should create new product to satisfy the requirement of customer, at the same time, textile Corporations can develop continuously.Recently, there is a persistent rise in consumption of textile fibre, and not saturation. But the problem of short of petroleum has been in the limelight, textile industry including fibre material, process aids and process energy sources has to think about the requirement of regeneration, environmental protection and no pollution. Textile industry should spurn the old practice that using part of materials and throwing away others. It is a good idea utilizing materials sufficiently. The new type of cellulose fibre is a good choice that according with requirement. Richcel fibre is a new type of cellulose fibre. It can be regenerated, and its castoff can be dispelled by nature. So it is safe for environment. Fine linen fibre is a new type of cellulose fibre too. It is made of noil of hemp fibre and flax fibre. It is a certain measure that utilizing materials sufficiently. At the same time, Richcel fibre and fine linen fibre are provided with excellent spinning performance. The product that be made from Richcel fibre and fine linen fibre is provided with better economic value. Therefore, it is very necessary to research new type of cellulose fibre and create new product about these new fibers.This thesis researches basic performance of Richcel fibre and fine linen fibre, blended spinning technics, basic performance of blended yarn, and fabric style. Especially, This thesis researches and analyses the blended spinning technics detailedly, makes certain parameters, and selects key spinning equipment by some mathematic method.This thesis tests the basic performance of Richcel fibre and fine linen fibre, such as chemic structure, microstructure, fineness, longness, and basic mechanics performance, analyzes the effect that the basic performance of fibre influences the process of spinning. This thesis discusses the parameters of blended spinning technics, according to manufacture and market. Especially, this thesis makes use of mathematic method, including the multi-objective grey situation decision-making and grey clustering analysis, to select key spinning technique, such as the styles of leather roller and ring traveler, makes certain the best compages of leather roller and ring traveler. This thesis tests the performance of blended yarn, including mechanics performance, evenness, and hairiness, analyzes the relation of various parameters. This thesis tests the style of various fabrics, using FAST fabric style meter, makes use of mathematic method of the grey premium integration evaluation to analyze test result, compare the style of various fabrics.This thesis tests and analyzes fibre, yarn, fabric of Richcel fibre and fine linen fibre, educes conclusion as follows:(1) Performance of Richcel fibre is better than performance of normal viscose fibre. Part of Performance of Richcel is close to performance of Tencel, some exceed Tencel even. So Richcel fibre is provided with better spinnability. Fine linen fibre is processed by elaborate technology, with lower damnification of fibre and higher rate of finished product. So fine linen fibre is provided with good spinnability.(2) It is feasible that grey theory handle spinning process. According to a series of tests and mathematic analysis, we can say that Richcel fibre and fine linen fibre are provided with good spinnability.(3) Because fine linen fibre is rigid and its regularity is not good, the performance of blended yarn made from Richcel fibre and fine linen fibre is not as good as the performance of cotton yarn. But the blended yarn is provided with inimitable performance, which is not simulated by others. The spinnability of two type of fine linen fibre is not same. The spinnability of flax fine linen fibre is batter than that of hemp fine linen fibre. The spinnability of Richcel fibreis better than that of normal visco...
