As a new research focus in new material science, Silicon Carbide has attracted a lot of people's attentions. China is the most important producing area of Silicon Carbide. Output reach 60% that of overall world. Manufacture of silicon carbide is primary industry of many western provinces in China. However, the level of automatic on this industry is very low. Then, quality of production is inferiority and the cost is high. Produce process is unsafe. To resolve this difficulty, a control system was designed. In this article, equipments, technics of muilt-thermal-resource furnace was deeply researched. The power-distributing mathematical model and the temperature-distributing mathematical model of muilt-thermal-resource were founded after circuit analysis and heat transfer analysis.. Base on two mathematical model above, the controlling system for technics of muilt-thermal-resource SiC furnace owas designed base on MCU. Questions about three aspects were narrated at length: designing and debugging of hardware system, designing and debugging of software, designing of anti-jamming. AT89C51 was chosen as the core of the controlling system. Describe principles and applications of data-collecting, interface-expanding, series-communication and equipment-driving. Circuit schematic diagrams, software flow diagrams, mainboard schematic diagram and print-circuit-board diagram were provided. Software what fit into the system was designed. Flow diagrams of many modules and some source code were provided in this article. Describe technology of anti-jamming from both hardware and software. Anti-jamming technology were applied in process of designing of this system to enhance reliability. Debugging is a important part of designing process. In the course of designing, resolve a lot of difficulty. Autocontrol and instant informing of temperture were accomplished. The controlling system is running at muilt-thermal-resource SiC furnace well and achieved targets whith set down previously.
