| Hot metal is the main product of blast furnace production.The Si content of Hot metal is usually used to reflect the physical temperature of blast furnace hearth in process of blast furnace ironmaking,which is also referred to as furnace temperature and is regarded as the main index of smelting process control.Due to the control of Si content in Hot metal is closely related to the stability of furnace condition,production efficiency(utilization coefficient),energy consumption(ratio)and quality of hot metal in the process of blast furnace smelting.It is demonstrated that a decrease of 0.1%hot metal silicon deviation result in an increased production of 4%and a decrease coke rate of 4 kg/tHM.Therefore,the stabilizing and reducing the silicon deviation of hot metal not only has great significance to increase production and reduce consumption of blast furnace,but also require inevitably in the process technology of ironmaking without slag or less slag.By controlling the parameters of blast furnace smelting process,assessing the influence factors of silicon fluctuation in Guofeng no.3 blast furnace Hot metal based on the current raw material conditions of Guofeng in this paper.The purpose of this study is to present our abundant raw material conditions.By studying the fluctuation degree of silicon,and finally formulating corresponding solutions which achieve fluctuation of Si content in a small range at production process of the blast furnace.It will improve the production index of the blast furnace,increase the output of raw iron and decrease the cost of production which create a good economic benefit for the iron and steel enterprises.This subject,by adopting a reliable measurement system,data simulation and experimental verification,study the effects of coke screening,air temperature fluctuations,iron mouth spray,the grade of sinter and sinter SiO2 and coal ratio and load,pig iron containing S and basicity of slag on silicon fluctuation in hot metal.Its results show that the ratio of coal and pig iron containing sulfur,the basicity of slag affects on silicon content deviation.The optimal parameter of influence factor is obtained by data simulation from 2012 year to 2017 year,which obtain coal ratio 170 kg/tHM,pig iron containing S 0.05%,slag basicity 1.13,hot metal silicon deviation reaches 0.111 by parameter prediction.The test results show that the test data and the predicted values are in good agreement.The research results can guide production practice and bring benefits to enterprises. |
