| This thesis studied the control of the grinding on the outer surface of circle ,and designed , integrated a set of CNC system of roller grinding machine combined theory with practice. Also , the structure , principle, performance of PMAC ( Programable Multi-Axis Controller)and its applications in the machine tool are discussed ; and discussed the principle , using method of the MACRO STATION. Combined with engineering practice, introduced the principle and the adjustive methods of the PID(Proportional-Integral-Differential) ,and the designing methods of PLC programs and movment programs. Introduced the flow of control of the PC and the main functions of the system .The results are as follows:1 .A set of machine tool NC system is designed and integrated by PMAC movement controller. The system is now NC one and has characteristics of three-axis simultaneous movement, multi-language programming and whole closed loop control , and the system is applied to the roller grinding machine tool successfully.2.The structure and its principle of the servo system ,the control of position of the servo system are systematically analyzed ;Introduced the capability and the parameter of the servo system in detail ,andintroduced the principle and theadjustive methods of the PID (Proportional - Integral - Differential) filter. Discussed the principle and the adjustive methods of the PID based on PMAC of roller grinding machine tool in detail.3. Combined with engineering practice, introduced the principle and the characteristics of the PLC software , and the designing methods of PLC programs and movment programs of roller grinding machine based on PMAC.4. Introduced The systems software and the main interface of it chiefly. The ground floor movement procedures are programmed based on standard language control board of the sports, which mainly aim for the precise controlling to the exe controller.5.Through the practical grinding and the practical exact measure ,the security and the credibility have been proved .The research and the design of the CNC system are successful. |
