| The characteristic of figuration grinding is that the grinding wheel being trimmed to the shape is anatomized with the outline of workpiece, this surface finishing method has the points with high prevision, high efficiency and low cost. The prevision of figuration grinding depends on the prevision of wheels mostly. The numerical control's grinding wheel correction combines the grinding wheel's correction and numerical control technique and finally correct out the free generatrix-grinding wheel. This technology can make the process of correction more flexible and receive high precision and high efficiency.The control system of this correction machine adopts open numerical control system, and adopts common PC machine. On the open platform, we control the machine tool with the help of PMAC's motion controller.This thesis studied the control system of the free generatrix-grinding wheel correction machine, and designed, integrated a set of CNC system of the machine combined theory with practice. At the same time, the performance and characteristic of PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) and its applications in the machine tool are discussed; and discussed the design of grinding wheel correction machine CNC system. Combined with engineering practice, this paper introduces instruction of hardware, design of application software and the function realized by the system. The results are as follows:1. Researched on the free generatrix-grinding wheel correction machine CNC system based on PMAC. The system is an open numerical control system, and has characteristics of two-axis simultaneous movement, implement of PMAC movement program, standard G code and half closed loop feedback control system.2. Designed the numerical control system's hardware structure and initialized setting the system parameters of grinding wheel correction machine. Combined with the principle and the adjustive methods of the PID filter, adjusted the system control loop to obtain a good reliable and dynamic characteristic.3. Developed system application software and interface. It developed by Visual C++6.0 based on Pmac.dll.4. Designed the control board of grinding wheel correction machine. This paper controls the I/O port by PLC program, which aimed at the realization of the control board functions.5. Researched on the translation of PMAC program and standard code, executed standard G-code NC program, it solved the problem of NC program's versatility.The CNC system of free generatrix-grinding wheel correction machine based on PMAC realized the real time and reliable communication among the PC, PMAC and the mechanical body. It had included basic functions of figuration grinding wheel correction machine's CNC system. |
