At present, the cotton products are praised highly because of taking performance in its brilliance in the textile market. But at the same time because of its bad Shape Memory function and being corroded easily by the microorganism etc. so it is difficult to improve the quality of the production. Now in the field of easy care for pure cotton fabrics, On the one hand, 2D is used widest and its performance is very outstanding. But due to its configuration, the release of the formaldehyde is an unavoidable problem during the course of taking. On the other hand, the researches of other finishing agents, which contain no formaldehyde such as polycarboxylic acid, become the focus of this field nowadays. But these finishing agents cost too much and their easy care result is worse than 2D, so these will restrict finishing agents' popularization and application seriously. In the area of hygienic finishing, because the microorganism easily corrodes pure cotton fabric and this will spread disease, so many literatures are devoted to antimicrobial finish to make people feel comfortable when they wear it. In the antimicrobial agents, DC—5700 which produced by the company Dowconing is outstanding and applied widely. It belongs to cationic quaternary ammonium compound. Furthermore, its cost is too high to accept.In view of this, this paper has synthesized compound P at first and by experiments particularly discusses the proportion of materials, solvents, catalysts, and reaction temperature and all of their influence on the yield. At last we find out the best experimental method. From testing the melting point and infrared spectrum, it proves compound P has active groups. These active groups can make it combine with cellulose fiber and endow it an excellent easy care function. At the same time, by discussing the finishing process and the comparison with 2D resin, we found that its perdurability, crease recovery angle, whiteness are up to the same level of 2D resin. Furthermore this paper has synthesized three antimicrobial agents: A1, A2 and A3. The two former samples may have the higher yield beyond 80%, A3 is omitted because of its low water-solubility .
