As people's life is getting much busier,they do not want to spend time on ironing clothes.The clothes that they need are comfortable and easy care.In this subject,easy care means the fabric has the ability of anti-wrinkle.So which kind of fabric can have a good performance with easy-care and comfortable properties?In this issue,a method is established to get the core yarn that can be used in easy care fabric by changing the composition and structure of the yarn.We choose nylon DTY,polyester DTY,spandex and XLA which have a good performance of flexibility as core line,and choose three key factors,they are blend ratio,twist and drawing of core line,which can impact the ability of yarn to proceed the related behavior-testing and experiments such as single-factor exploratory experiment and the orthogonal experiment,from which we can obtain some conclusions as follow.By the result of mechanical properties tests to XLA and spandex,both of them have good tensile properties.In the range of small tension,the XLA's strain changes slower than spandex.However spandex's elastic resilience is superior to XLA especially as the length of stretch at specified elongation increases.Theirs stress relaxation rate are both increase with the increases of stretch length.In small multiple stretch,the stress relaxation of spandex is better than XLA,but with the increase in the length of the stretch,the gap turn to narrow.On the whole,the mechanical property of Spandex is better than XLA.Through the way of spinning core spinning yarn,the yarn performance has been improved,although in the same branch and twist the strength of spandex and XLA are lower than cotton yarn,but it can be compensated by increasing the twist of yarn.Finally,we got the optimal orthogonal program for spandex:core line -70D,twist -830 T/m,cored line stretching multiple -3.91 times,the best program for XLA:core line- 70D,twist-830 T/m,core line stretching multiple- arbitrary choice between 3.21 to 3.91.And the yarn performance of the two best programs are similar,in general,spandex core spin yarn is slightly better than XLA core spin.Compared with the cotton yarn of the same count,its physical properties of core spin yarns of Polyester DTY and nylon DTY are moderately improved, particularly,regarding to flexibility.Meanwhile,the strength and relaxation properties have also been greatly improved.The core yarn content is the primary factor,which impact the performance of the yarn in the strength and resilience and also have an impact in the form of yarn fracture,as its quantity increase to a certain degree,the yarn will not be appear to break at the same time.Preliminary draft tension of centre thread has significant influence to the flexibility of yarn;beside it also can impact the form of fracture in a certain situation.The yarn twists impact yarn performance less than the other two factors.The optimal orthogonal design is: centre thread content - 45%,twist factor- 340-400,core strength -1.2cN/tex. Nylon DTY core spin yarn slightly better than Polyester DTY core spin yarn in strength and flexibility,they compared with pure cotton yarn has greatly improved in strength,elasticity and resistance to fatigue,which makes them more suitable for easy care fabric.
