As one of natural protein fibres, the wool fabric has soft handle, soft gloss, tight texture and fine property of cold-proofing and hygroscopicity, the clothing made in which is popular with masses of consumers with its unique graceful style and well comfort-dressing performance. But woolens are easy to wrinkle when wearing and need ironing every time after wearing, the stiffness of which is difficult to keep after washing and can not water-washing, can not dry with the tumbling box and can even can not do water -washing with the house hold laundry, for which bring much in convenience to consumers. With the improvement of people's living standard, people have more and more high expectations to serviceability of the woolen products, especially the performance of "machine washable". A lot of scientific research institutions have been paying more attention to the problem all the time and doing research and experiment, so far, the shell fabric from the woolen textile or apparel firms or ready made clothes have not reach this machine-washability standard yet so it is important that a easy-care finishing agent is developed and the craft is researched.For the inherent characteristic of its molecular structure of organic silicone resin, the fabric finished by the resin can form the elastic film of durability on the fabric surface and warp up the fibre so as to prevent shrinking and improve the elasticity of fabric, which make the fabric have good washability also with the good fullness, loftness, handle. Unquestonably the organic silicone resin is a ideal finishing agent of producing the top-grade products. For improving the fastness of the silicone film at fabric by the organic silicone resin, a crossling-agent is added in the finishing solution by which the organic silicone resin macromolecule and the protein macromolecule can link more tightly so as to have good promoter action and make the macromolecule film of the organic silicone resin on the wool fibre have good fastness.In the paper the developing condition easy-care finishing of the wool fabric wear summarized but also the existing problems was analyzed at present, the purpose of thepaper was to composite a kind of a woolen easy-care finish through researching, the textile finished by which also can reach the corresponding standard that IWS stipulate and reach masses of consumers requirement to the woollen's serviceability.The amino modified organosilicon resin was synthesized by the emulsion polymerization. The resin was prepared through D4 open-ring forming the oligomer of short chain in acid condition and condensation and polymerization with the hydrolysis products of amino-silicone coupling agent monomer. The experiment adopted preemulsified method and then and the preemulsified solution to the system, finally the emulsion of well transmittance in which will be gotten. The effect of tempreratare, catalyst and emulsifier and soon on the transmissivity of emulsion and the ratio of D4 monomer's transformation was detected, moreover the effect of emulsifier amount, catalyst amount and D4 monomer amount on the tranissivity of emulsion and the ratio of D4 monomer's transformation was tested through orthogonal experiment. The paper also discussed the manner of adding and the condition of reacting about the silicone coupling agent monomer and the effect of various factors on the stability of emulsion.The method of mixing organosilicon resin with coupling agent was adopted in the experiment which was applied to finish pure woolen. Discussing the choice of coupling agent, the resin amount and the effect of coupling agent, the prebaking temprature and the prebaking time on the anti-wrinkling and antishrinking of the finished fabric and the flatness of shell fabric. Finally , the optimum process was determined which was applied to finish pure woolen and sent them to the testing department in JiangSu province to detect. All of detecting projects conform to the IWS standard after detected.
