As the key equipment of coal mine transportation,the research of intelligent inspection technology of remote belt conveyor has been paid more and more attention.Inspection vehicle will collect a large number of inspection data during the inspection process.At present,it is difficult to upload and process the collected data in real time due to the influence of power supply technology,network transmission and other technologies,and a large amount of historical data accumulation will cause a huge waste of data resources.It is necessary to store and manage historical data uniformly.In view of the above situation and the actual needs of the subject,the following research is carried out around the temporary storage,dump,database design,database optimization and patrol data management system of patrol data:Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of patrol data,working mode and working environment of patrol vehicle,the dump mode of patrol data is designed,and the centralized SQL Server database is selected to store and manage the patrol data.Secondly,the inspection data is divided into three categories:basic information data,static inspection data and dynamic inspection data.According to the characteristics of these three types of inspection data,three database models are designed.Aiming at the problem of database reading and writing performance degradation due to the accumulation of dynamic inspection data,the methods of index building,table partition and query statement optimization are carried out to optimize the reading and writing performance of the database.Through SQL Server?Lab VIEW development software and VISA plug-in,ADO and other modules to achieve the temporary storage of inspection data.Based on Socket network transmission,the dump from industrial control computer to remote server is realized.Finally,by C#programming language and SQL Server database in Visual Studio development platform and ASP.NET development environment,completed the development of inspection data management system,and carried out functional testing.In summary,based on the inspection data storage and dump technology of the remote belt conveyor,the design and realization of the dump,storage and management of the inspection data are realized.The designed storage and dump related systems after many field tests meet the actual needs of the project.
