Railway transportation of iron and steel enterprises undertakes the task of transportation of means of production and products of their own enterprises and other related enterprises.Railway network covers the whole enterprise.The distribution of stations and yards is scattered and far away.The original mode of dispatching and command is that dispatcher understands the operation and equipment of stations and yards by telephone,so the decision-making is slow and inefficient.As an old enterprise with a history of one hundred years,the contradiction between production command conditions and production command efficiency and quality in railway transportation is particularly prominent,which restricts the improvement of transportation efficiency and service quality of Benxi Iron and Steel.It is urgent to improve production command conditions and implement railway dispatching supervision system.The dispatch and supervision system of the Ministry of Transportation of Benxi Iron and Steel Company is based on the basic principle of railway signal.It is implemented through the comprehensive application of wireless communication technology,microelectronics technology,data acquisition technology,database management technology and other technologies.After taking full account of the actual situation in the field,the system adopts a safe,reliable and cost-effective wireless data transmission mode.The specific work flow of the system is: using data acquisition technology to get the specific information of each station,transmitting it to the server of the remote LAN through wireless data transmission,and using database technology to display the information of each station in real time on the display terminal of the users of the LAN.The system is advanced in technology,safe and reliable,and easy to operate.The hardware of the system is modularized.When the signal devices such as rails,turnouts and signal machines increase or decrease,they can be easily realized by adding or reducing the acquisition boards.The system software can be configured.When the station signal equipment changes,only change information needs to be input,and no reprogramming is needed.The number of stations can be increased or decreased.Because of the use of wireless communication,there is no need to lay communication lines when adding stations,as long as the number of sub-stations is increased,and then the information transmission and display of new stations are realized through software configuration.Unique information coding is adopted for wireless communication,which greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of system communication.Through nearly two years of practical application,the system achieves the expected goal,and can provide real-time,accurate and real information for dispatchers.Wireless transmission mode has a good practical value for enterprises like Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,which distribute in scattered areas,have a long distance from each other and have great difficulty in laying special communication lines.
