The article bases in the ecology studay water and plants system, and then analyses principle of water restraining particles pollution, discusses benefit of ecological adjustment and control in greenbelt system. Basing monitor air pollution in Baliu ecological district , analyse influence of water restraining particles, and then analyse the degree of water restraining particles. Discuss the special earth ground in water forming produce benefit of local climate ; Using single box model caculates the ecological impact and benefit of water restraining particles pollution.The article through contrasting the monitor result of Xi'an baliu ecological district 3000 mu water area and Xi'an downtown area, indicates the realative humidity in Xi'an baliu ecological district is 14.5% higher than Xi'an downtown area in autumn, about 5.62% in winter. PM10 and TSP daily average concentration of Xi'an baliu ecological district is 60.89% and 73.3% lower than Xi'an downtown area in winter, is 26.83% and 24.92% lower than Xi'an downtown area in autumn. Through the single box model caculating, the water system of Xi'an baliu ecological district can restrain air paricles 0.2385t/m · km2 in autumn, 0.252t/m · km2 in winter. Having constructed water system 3000mu can restrain air paricles 8.39t in whole autumn, 6.49t in winter.The effect and influence of Bahe river, and constrasting with Xi'an downtown area, the temperature and relative humidity and particles concentration have sharp diffiences, and the result has some diffiences in season. The effect of Urban waterground restrains the particles pollution is in evidence, the effect of local climate's ecological benefit is prominence.
