| With the world's environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, restoration and reconstruction of sandy grassland ecosystem received more and more attention from all circles. In order to effectively prevent the trend of desertification, a series of grassland desertification control project were started to improve grassland ecosystem and environment in china. But the current progress and benefit of the project remains unclear, there did not have an effective method to evaluate the project. And the current evaluation method is not adapted to different region. To solve this problem, take the data in the 1980's as a norm, an ideal state, Vertically, current indices compared with that in the 1980's, horizontally, indices inside the project compared with outside. In this way, the evaluation system can be used more abroad. At the same time, Remote Sensing, which has the advantages of large-scale observation, was applied to the system to achieve rapid assessment.Three levels evaluation index system for the rapid assessment of grassland desertification control project was established, the weightiness of all indexes and the region of every index were ascertained using AHP. Take two types of project in xianghuang banner as cases; using the method the article made the result of each project was educed.Aerial Seeding project in 2001 abstain the highest score, 84.03, while enclosure project in 2004 abstain the lowest score, 71.73. After the implementation of the project, the vegetation coverage, biomass, height, amount, soil organic matter and the fixed-sandy land proportion in the project have increased remarkably. The proportion of annuals and flowing-sandy land has reduced. Ecological benefit inside the project is better than that outside the project. The flowing-sandy land inside the project was fixed, the project achieved good effects. |
