Study On Industrialization Of Power Lecithin And High Pure Phosphatidylcholine

The dissertation discussed the process and equipment of preparating powder lecithinand high purity Phosphatidylcholine(PC-70),(PC-90), and the technical and economic analysiswere done.The content of un-dissolved matter of the powder lecithin quality is the key index ,thefactors that effect the content were temperature ,extraction time, acetone purity, methods ofagitation , mother solution smuggling and so on. The results of orthogonal test showed thatbest condition was 97% acetone, 1:4 of material vs acetone , extracting twice, agitatevelocity 2900r/min, two extraction methods were taken on to condense the lecithin atambient temperature. In terms of imitation industry, extracted 4 times at ambienttemperature with the ratio of 1:8, 1:4, 1:4, 1:3 , solid-liquid extraction was carried by thecurrent suit collections at ambient temperature. The purity of the last product were 98.8%～99.6%, and the extraction rate was 94%⁹6%.According to the extremity difference of every contents, the 90% methanol was used toextract powder lecithin, when preparated phosphatidylcholine from powder lecithin, thenthe hexane was used to extract the extraction by against current. The PE in the specific ionexchanger could be absorbed by Cu⁺⁺, the purity of the products were 70% and 90%respectively.Technical and economic analysis show that the production of PC-90 (10t/a) and PC-70(20t/a) ,as well as powder lecithin(150t/a),needs the investment of 7.34 million yuan ,and the annual production is 55.9 million yuan ,and the annual interest is 33.1 millionyuan .
