Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment And Application Of Sunscreen Products Quality Safety

Recently, due to the frequent accidents of cosmetics at home and abroad, thesafety and efficacy of the cosmetics which have special purposes was questioned bymajority of the consumers. In this paper, the author analyzed the current domestic andinternational situation of sunscreen products carefully, and elaborated the urgencysituation about the current safety assessment of sunscreen products. After the deepanalysis and summary of the current safety situation of sunscreen products, a researchtopic named Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment and Application of SunscreenProducts safety was put forward to. The example was applicated in this topic andsome relative improvement measures were proposed.The relative safety factors of the sunscreen products are too many, we can get thedifferent emphasis if we analyze from different angles. Based on the safety systemengineering analysis methods and the actual situation of cosmetic industry, the authordid comprehensive analysis to hazard factors of sunscreen products, and divided theseperplexing factors into three large pieces. The author did safety assessment mainlyfrom three aspects of sunscreen products such as the production phase of sunscreenproducts, transportation and sale stage. Refer to the cosmetics industry specific safetyassessment program and method, the author used safety science theory includingsafety system engineering, safety management, safety assessment technology and Annnecessity principle to construct the index system of safety assessment of sunscreenproducts. After consolidation, the multilevel index system of sunscreen products wasestablished in this paper, which including three first class indexes and thirty secondclass indexes, in addition, the corresponding third class indexes of some second classindexes were established. Based on AHP analytic hierarchy process and safetyinspection score table, the author quantified numerous safety assessment indexes ofsunscreen products, and then did comprehensive analysis to the safety condition ofsunscreen products, at the end, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment model was established.Based on the assessment model, the author selected a kind of sunscreen productnamed Mentholatum for practical application and got some relative conclusions. Thereliability about the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment method inapplication of sunscreen products was certified. By the way, According to thecomprehensive analysis of the safety assessment level of security, the author putforward corresponding measures to improve the security and consumer purchase.
