Organic electroluminescent thin-film is a sort of the film which can transform electric energy into light energy. Organic electroluminescent thin-film technology has more predominating virtues than others in the display field, such as lower power consumption , yieldingness , rapider response speed , wider viewing angle , full-color displaying with bigger area, multi-color emission et al, and it can be compatible with the lower-cost light devices which have multi-criterions and multi-technology, so it shows stronger preponderance in the flat-panel displays. In order to improve its brightness, efficiency and lifetime, multi- layers framework is generally used in the devices ,which includes luminescent layer and assistant organic layers.At present, organic electroluminescent devices have been developed for practicality and commodity, but it still need further improve in brightness, efficiency and lifetime. Because the mobility and the stability of many charge transport compounds are lower, it has grown a new field in which organic compounds with stronger withdrawing-electron group and conjugating system have been synthesized. In other words, the multi-function groups of different molecules can be assembled and form a kind of new molecule. Pyrazoline derivatives are formed by benzeno-hydrazone cyclization. Because cyclization leads to double bond hindering , the compounds show stronger fluorescence. The pyrazoline has N atom which attends conjugation by donating electron, and it has higher hole-transport efficiency and some photoelectron characteristics, so it has widely been used as hole-transport materials in the electron-photo and electroluminescence fields. In the organic electroluminescence field, pyrazoline derivatives are not only excellent hole transfer performance but also excellent emitting blueness property. It is well-known that ethlycarbazole is hole-transport compound.
