| An estimation of land reclamation and countermeasures of ecological reconstruction on mines in Sichuan are introduced in this paper which is composed of eight parts.At first, the writer particularly introduces the damage to eco-environment done by mine exploitation and the basic concept of land reclamation on mines, takes out the necessity and important benefit of land reclamation and ecological reconstruction. By considering the convenience of study, the mines in Sichuan are divided into two classifications and six sub-classifications. The lands damaged are divided into five first-order, eighteen second-order and twenty third-order.Land assessment in the mines regions has two categories; one is Technology Assessment, the other is Efficiency Assessment. The Technology Assessment includes Suitable Assessment and Damaging Assessment. The Efficiency Assessment includes Economic Results, Ecological Benefits and Social Effects. this paper introduces a new method of assessment, namely "Fuzzy Mathematics", which is appropriate to Suitable Assessment and Damaging Assessment.Furthermore, this paper fixs some principles, indicator systems and factor weighting. This research is the fundamental theory of Land Reclamation in Sichuan. Numerical methods are used in assessing Economic Results. The qualitative scheme is accepted in assessing Ecological Benefits and Social Effects.Finally, in discussing the fundamentals of Suitable Assessment and Damaging Assessment, this paper generalizes some reclaiming countermeasures, such as agriculture reclamation, forest reclamation, fishing reclamation and tourism reclamation. |
