| The competition between gold manufacture enterprises becomes more and more violent because the enterprises have been fiercely influenced by the market economy for few years. If the enterprises want to win the advantage in the market competition, they must strengthen the management and improve science and technology. The research and development of the Management Information System could strengthen the enterprise management, improve the economic benefit and enhance enterprise competitive ability.This paper mainly studied the effective plan of informatization application of the gold manufacture enterprises. The author constructed the theory plat of the Business Process Reengineering and the Management Information System on the base of analyzing the theory of the Business Process Reengineering and the Management Information System. With being the actual application, the author studied the Business Process Reengineering of the gold manufacture enterprise by the theory of the Business Process Reengineering. According the character of the Management Information System of the gold manufacture enterprise, the author research and developed the Management Information System of the gold manufacture enterprise on the base of organization structure of fitting enterprise development.
