Polyester staple is one significant kind of synthetic fibers, which is 40% of polyester fiber. It's an important type of textile materials. During to its manufacture process, it includes melt-spinning and chip-spinning; and also can be divided into original fiber spinning and regenerated fiber spinning by the properties of stuff. By reason of good quality stability, big producing capacity and low making cost, direct spinning process has become a primary process route. At present, the overall capacity of the devices for producing polyester staple via melt direct-spinning is about 450 ten thousand tons, most of the devices were introduced abroad in the form of whole set, large investment in devices, long capital payoff and unapparent economic benefits, furthermore the technology is restricted by the overseas manufacturers. After reasoning, our corporation associated with civil equipment manufacturers engage in studies on the design and manufacture of the homemade equipment and the techniques, through assimilation and absorption of advanced technology of the same devices abroad, and put into production in the early of 2006.Compared with the same equipment imported, investment in devices decreases almost 50% .Moreover, the key equipments and technologies are upgraded. Through a great lot of tests and the optimization of process, the products' quality is up to the advanced level in our country. Long-period, high-quality steady production is carried out and considerable economic benefits are obtained.
