Medium density fiberboard in producing, by also having a great deal of unreasonable places energy among medium and small-scale in our country, it is serious to waste, the energy utilization ratio is low. According to document, the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit output value of our country is 4.8 times of the average level in the world. As regards wood-based board products of our country, its energy consumption is higher than the average level value of the same trade of the world too. The comprehensive energy consumption of unit product of MDF, the developed country of the same trade of the world is 156 kg standard coal/m~3, production and equipment control are better and pay attention to enterprises of the technological progress a little in our country, its unit product energy consumption is 163-182kg standard coal/m3, close to the international counterpart's advanced level. However, the comprehensive energy consumption of unit product of most medium and small-scale MDF manufacturing enterprises exceeds this basic level of 250kg standard coal/m3. It is obvious of our country MDF products energy consumption index every relatively heavy disprity under enterprise. In the face of the economic globalization of the world, the industry of the wood-based board has the competition how to tackle with the international market too. So, on the premise of guaranteeing the output of the products and quality, improve this effective measure of the competitiveness of product market through saving energy and reducing the cost, lowering costs, should get great attention of enterprise.This research is to some medium and small-scale for MDF factory (the including already reducing energy consumption and not from ones that transform) production make investigations energy consumption actually, and compare and analyze several kinds of effective, rational energy-conserving measures, combine the reality of medium and small-scale MDF factory of our country, confirming energy-conserving benefit best scheme or method, envoys can combine with improving the output and quality of the products organically.
