Embedded SPC Based Roundness Measurement System

This Paper presented a new design of embedded SPC based roundness measurement system.Author has done a survey of bearing quality before this topic starting, and the outcome was not good. So the paper put forward developing a new roundness measurement system which has integrated a embedded SPC.Method and technology of roundness measurement and theory of embedded SPC were discussed. The paper improved on the architecture of measurement machine. After studying of Statistical process control how to sampling and calibrate curve from sample data, Advanced the roundness measurement oriented embedded SPC.The hardware in paper concentrated on electronic part, advanced technology as ARM and FLASH memory was applied in new style roundness measurement system. Then the paper provided new design of roundness measurement instrument after analysis and testing that had resulted in a new embedded SPC based roundness measurement system.
