The feeding servo system is a key part of Numerical Control Machine Tool. The dynamic characters of feeding transmission parts not only directly affect working capability and machining precision of a machining tool, but also influence orientation precision of feeding system. In addition, mechanical design of machine transmission parts will also affect servo capability of feeding servo system greatly. Modern numerical control machine tool trends toward to high speed, high efficiency and high precision. The designing requirement for machine tool feeding transmission parts has been more and more high. It is usually because that the dynamical characters of machine transmission parts is not taken into account in the phase of designing, servo capability is influenced.In this paper a kind of multi-freedom dynamic modeling method of numerical control machine tool feeding transmission system is introduced. By the example of XK717 numerical control milling machine, inconsidering only of dynamical characters in feeding direction, a kind of multi-freedom degree dynamics model about feeding transmission system is builded, and dynamical characters of feeding transmission system is analyzed. Thus, the dynamical capability can be predicted in the course of designing. At the same time, the influence rule of all kinds of design variable parameters to dynamical capability is given. In addition, mathematical model of dynamic optimizing for feeding transmission system is established on the base of dynamics analysis, and is optimised to improve dynamical characters of the plan.The content of the paper is debided into five chapters:Chap1: Introduce the status of the development of feeding servo system at home and abroad, as well as the background, the aim and the meaning of the subject.Chap2: Recommend a kind of multi-freedom degree dynamic modeling method for feeding transmission system of numerical control milling machine.Chap3: Give a dynamics analysis to the XK717 numerical control milling machine by the help of the multi-freedom degree dynamics model builded in second chapter.Chap4: Based on analysis, set up multi-aim dynamical optimizing math model aiming at mode flexibility of XK717 numerical control milling machine, at the same time, make an optimizing design.
