The thesis was a basic application project of Nature Foundation of Liaoning Province, whose name was "The new technology of improving the dynamical stiffness of CNC Machine Tools and inhibiting the chatter of CNC machine Tools".Machine tool chatter is one of the main reasons cause low precision, increase the dynamic stiffness of machine tool is the basic way to improve anti-vibration ability. Change the damping of tool joints can change the dynamic stiffness and anti-vibration capacity. This study is intended to aim widely used3degrees of freedom for CNC machine tools, on how to improve their dynamic rigidity and cutting stability of the theoretical and technical studies to find an effective solution. This paper mainly study about dynamic modeling of the CNC machine tools and theoretical research, and conduct prototype model analysis and parameter identification study. In this paper, sub-structure method was used to establish the dynamic model for xk2120CNC machine tool, the specific way is divided the machine tool into several sub-structure based on the structural characteristics and motion characteristics of machine tool. Lumped parameter models are established separately according to each sub-structure, and dynamics general equation is used to establish the dynamic equations for the machine tool. Finally, use the ADAMS virtual prototype technology to verify the model.Main works in this paper:(1) Establishing the theoretical dynamic model of the xk2120CNC machine tools by using the existing modeling methods, it is the basis for the study of dynamic characteristics of machine tools for the future.(2) Analyzing the machine’s intrinsic mode base on the established dynamic model and application the analytical methods for solving the natural frequency of the machine tools to provide the basis for dynamic analysis.(3) Add all kinds of information to the model of the machine and do the work of dynamic simulation. Finally, test and verify the established dynamic model. The correctness of the established dynamic equation can be verified by comparison of calculation and simulation. This model can be applied to dynamic analysis and dynamic design to the machine tool. After the initial calculation of the dynamic equation analysis shows that the natural frequency of the machine are lower, prone to resonance, so the machine tool must be done further optimization.
