Synthesis And Research On Auxiliaries Of Disperse Dyes For Polyester/Wool Blends

Based upon former researches on the dendrimer,the divergent approach was used again to synthesize a series of new dyeing auxiliaries. By verification of repetition and stability, processes were optimized to improve rate and purification of synthesis. In this paper, we have also studied the influences of dendritic auxiliaries, especially their purification and molecular structure, on the color union, levelness and exhaustion of one-bath dyeing technologies of Wool and Polyester with disperse dyes. The results showed that although series agent B and agent C had different effects on dyeing properties of wool and polyester with disperse dyes in One-bath, not only they show a general law as: (B₄) C₄> =(B₂) C₂>(B₃)C₃>(B₁)C₁, but their surface activity was dramatically higher than conventional surfactant,12-alkyl sulphate sodium.By means of optimization and purification, The molecular formula of agent C₄'and molecular weight were proved as C₆₂H₁₂₈O₁₂N₂₆ and 1428 respectively. It was concluded that this series dendritic auxiliaries were of efficiency, research value and potential prospects.
