At the period of oxygen-blown smelting ,the converter produces high temperature gas including lots of CO, powder filling of iron. How to make use of the chemical energy, heat and powder, ensure the quantity and quality in gas recovery course, raise coal gas recovery ratio and reduce the pollution of the environment, have become important research topics that people do their best to do more and more.Based on the modification project of fume cleaning and recovery system of a 30t converter of steel-making plant at some iron and steel corporation, this paper summarizes the development and general situation and researching trend in fume cleaning and recovery system all over the world, discusses the OG theory and practical application, designs and realizes the control of fume cleaning and recovery system.In this thesis, the virtue and shortcoming of control model of fume cleaning and recovery system are discussed. Multi-model control method is put forward, In this method, when error is bigger than threshold value, proportion control is applied in order to raise response speed of system, quicken response course; when error reduces to less than threshold valve, fuzzy control is transformed into for raising resistance performance and reducing over control in response course; in small range of balance point proportion-integration control is used, and the aim is eliminate surplus error.
