There is only about thirty years from the appearence of Programmable Controller (PLC), but people have taken extentive attention to research it because of it's high integrated level, little volume, large capacity, high speed, easy control and strong capability. Now the technology of PLC is relatively ripe. In industry, people often apply touch-sensitive screen (GP) and PLC togehter. This application not only extend PLC's capability and construct PLC's vivid and alternant controlling interface ,but also reduce the quantity of switches,buttons and meters.Moreover,it simplifies the control and makes a comfortable environment.The Continuous Extrusion Engineering Research Center (CEERC) of Dalian Railway Institute design and manufacture TLJ300 copper continuous extrusion production line, and at present their technology is in the leading position in the domestic field. Compared with the automatization of the inland and oversea high tech machinery, our machine shows it's shortcoming of control interface and controlling the key matching of the temperature of the extrusion antrum and the rotational speed of the principal axis, because of the using the quantities of switches, buttons and meters and the using of manual controlling. In order to improve our production line's automatization level, simplify controlling and ensure security, we design this computer supervisory control system in copper continuous extrusion production line.In this paper, we apply industrial touch-sensitive screen as the control interface, and use software to compile different control interface that can complete diversiform functions. Add extension modules to PLC to achieve A/D and D/A transform, which can realize real time supervisory controlling accurately and reliably. And utilize fuzzy control technology through analysing the gathered data to control the machine automatically by simulating people's strategy.Finished improving, not only the control system has simply and vivid interface, but also stimulate the workers'enthusiur intensity and increase production efficiency. Through simulating and debugging. Further more improve the automatization level, reduce worker's labor, we have drawn a conclusion that is the computer supervisory control system and the fuzzy controller of temperature and rotational speed runs well, controls efficaciously and has strong robust. Summing up this system achieve the expectant demands.
