Web virtual instruments is the key technology of realizing remote supervise and control, and constructing the network of determine and control. This thesis is aimed at solving the problem of sharing data of crystallization machine and information integrating of measure and control network through the technology of Web virtual instruments. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:The main technology characteristics of several traditional realizing method of Web virtual instruments are analyzed and compared in this thesis, and a new method that is based on dynamic data exchange and Java Applet to realize Web virtual instruments is brought out, and the new method has well generality and security.The problem of communicating with Java Applet and LabVIEW software control programs is solved by using dynamic data exchange. And the data exchange service program is realized by using Java programming language, through the data exchange service program, the Java Applet running on remote computer and the LabVIEW software control programs may communicate quickly and effectively.According to the characteristic of Web virtual instruments, the technologies to access database of LabVIEW and Java Applet are studied.The reusable Web vitual instruments components library that is available to Java applet is developed, that make it possible to developed Web virtual instruments quickly by using the components in the library, and promoted the efficiency of Web virtual instruments system development.Based on analyzing the principle of crystallization machine, using the method of realizing Web virtual instruments that has been brought out in this thesis, the crystallization machine Web virtual instruments system has been developed. The Web virtual instruments system provides the operationguide that has objective basis using comparing the real-time temperature of each segment of crystallization machine to the ideal temperature solves the problem that workers operate the crystallization machine depending on their experience. The Web virtual instruments system also realizes sharing the real-time data and historical data of crystallization machine in the network, establishes the foundation of integrating the information of measure and control network.
