In China, many combustible liquids are transported by road. The importance of road transportation is obvious. But because of the exist of undefined factors during the transport, the leakage accident happens easily and the malignant accident such as poisoning, fire, explosion etc can be initiated possibly during the transport. Once the leakage accident happens, it can treat the life and the property safety, and can destroy the enclose layer such as water body, atmosphere, soil, and can influence the social economic construction. So, it is very essential to study the mode of the vapor spread after the leakage accidents happen, which can direct the accidental emergency rescue on theory.So, the purpose of the subject is to predict the density and the range of the vapor spread, the influential area timely, fast, effetely, ocular and to formulate the relate rescue measures according to it, to wish to provide the reference in order to control and handle the leakage accidents of the combustible liquids during the road transportation.In this text, on the basis of analyzed the accident characteristic of combustible liquids and influence factors of combustible liquids vapor spread, the leakage of combustible liquids is studied when the vehicle is stopped because of the factors such as traffic accident etc in the highway transportation course of flammable liquid, and its vapor density spread models in the atmosphere is set up; and the leakage of combustible liquids is also studied when the vehicle is steering because of the undefined factors during the highway transportation course of flammable liquid, and its vapor density spread models in the atmosphere is set up. And on this basis, according to the factors which can cause the leak accident and rescue current situation during highway transportation of the flammable liquid, basic principle, basic task and rescue characteristic of emergency rescue have been explained, and the emergency responding system of accidents and the emergency monitoring system are proposed.In this text, Delphi software is used to develop the systematic user's interface and work out the calculation module, and Matlab software is used to calculate and analysis the spatial distribution of the vapor density and the influential area. After the essential accidental parameters are inputted, the course of the change of the vapor density distribution and the influential areas with the time can be simulated and shown on the computer after the leakiness of the combustible liquids during road transportation. The system offers the powerful inquiry about the function (including the nature inquiry of the physics and chemistry and the endanger characteristic inquiry, emergency measure inquiry after the accident happens suddenly and information inquiry of the responsible institution etc).In the paper, the methyl alcohol is selected to transport as the case. The computer is used to simulate and analysis the course, and predict the density distribution and the influential areas, and provide the rescue measures related.In the ending of the thesis, other problems which are awaited to be researched and solved after leakage accident happen in the course of highway transportation of the combustible liquids have been proposed.
