The Study On Modeling And Simulating Of Reeling Process With Fixed Number Of Matched Cocoons

This paper made a study of the theoretical analysis and application for the control of the reeling process with fixed number of cocoons. This paper built an improved mathematical model based on the former study to describe the reeling process with fixed number of cocoons, and got the theoretical distribution of the cocoon number of different cocoon layers in silk filament. In the new model, the cocoon filament was differentiated into the thick size part and the thin size part by the character of cocoon size with different lengths. As a cocoon fell, the worker should first check the distribution of the cocoons in different layer whether be out of the right range. According to the principle in practice, if the distribution of the cocoons in different layer was out of the right range when a cocoon fell, a cocoon in the different layer would be added. Otherwise a cocoon in the same layer would be added. If a puparium cocoon fell, a new cocoon would be added. This model was closer to the real process. From the distribution, the central mixed rate of cocoons can be obtained easily. Depended on the methods of Monte Carlo simulation on the computer, we made large number of tests and validated the reliability of theoretical model and the results. Based on the model and its results, the paper obtained the size variance expression of the raw silk with fixed number of cocoons. And according to this mathematic expression the paper discussed the effect of the raw material property and technical factors on the size deviation of raw silks separately, analyzed the size control in the practical production of the multi-end reeling. The results of the study afforded some theories for the size control in the reeling engineering. In addition, according to the urgent need of raw silk electronic test to the reeling production and test department, and the necessary of making the criterion andmethod of raw silk electronic test, the paper had a research on the relation between the variety of the length of the sample with the electronic sampling inspection of raw silk and the gradation of the inspection of the size variance of raw silks. It provided a new option and application foundation for the recension of raw silk test criterion and control of quality in the reeling production in our country.
