Using ordinary semi-deluster polyester chips as raw materials, Special-shaped fibre and dry and comfortable fibre were produced through spinnerate section design method and application of polyester and cotton yarn which were industrialized now, respectively. On the foundation of optimizing spinning technique and after repeated tests, many kinds of crafts routes were chosen, and the best moisture-absorptionable and sweat-volatilizable fibre and fabric were obtained. Finally, FDY production process was adopted and degree of fiber section abnormity was increased to produce the fiber. At the same time, the advanced loose type in woven and special finishing technique in the course of weaving were adopted. Through the design of the special spinneret and discussion of the spinning craft, the main factors that influence high speed heterotypic FDY production and design principle of the hole of spinnerets were discussed. The results showed that, as the speed of spinning increaseed, the abnormal shape degree was reduced; it is the key to control suitable degree of spinning melt temperature in order to obtain standard fibre section. Using the special spinneret and spinning craft, two kinds of moisture-absorptionable and sweat-volatilizable fibers FCLS75 and FBCL, the Special-shaped fibre FDY, have been industrialized. The main technique parameters were as follows: the speed of spinning is 4000~4600m/min, the spinning melt temperature 290~298℃, fiber section shaped standard three leaf type and 'all styles'type. Water soluble diffusion rate and climbing height of the fabric made by the moisture-absorptionable and sweat-volatilizable fibre was raised obviously. In particular, the sports fabric made of the fiber kept flexibility and elasticity, and hydrophibilty and moisture-volatilizablity too. The main research work included the following aspects: 1. Spinneret design, the improvement of spinneret hole shape, geometrical size of the capillary were discussed. the characteristic of dry and comfortable FDY filament in different spinning , draft conditions were analyzed. It showed that capillary equivalent aperture of spinneret, geometry size were the keys to influence fibre sectional cannelures and to guarantee dry and comfortable property of the fibre. Series of the manufacturing technology making dry and comfortable FDY filament were formed and and industrialized. 2. Through the development of dry and comfortable FDY filament asymmetry three leaf design idea of spinneret were established, three leaf type section spinnerets of asymmetry with independent intellectual property right was developed and obtained the authorization of patent. In this subject, the degree of fiber section abnormity of the industrialized dry and comfortable FDY was greater than 60%. 3. Spinning formation conditions were analyzed Reduce spinning melt temperature degree and strengthen the cool terms of drying could obtain ideal fibre cross section form and heavy abnormal shape degree. 4. Design of fabric was an important cycle. Suitable fabric design was made to reflect fully reflect dry and comfortable property of the fiber.
