This article studied the basic properties of Yasser fibers.the fiber cross-section and fiber longitudinal surface morphology,fiber mechanical properties,electrical properties and hygroscopicity was Studied.The results showed that the surface of the fibers covered with gutters of varying depths.The cross-sectional shape is mainly varied with a serrated ellipse,a lumbar circle,and an irregular circle.Using viscose fiber as a reference,it was found that Yasser fiber's resistance to external damage is 3.70 c N/dtex,which is obviously better than 1.65 c N/dtex of viscose fiber.The initial modulus of1.64N/mm2 is better than that of viscose.Fiber 0.40 N/mm2.The mass specific resistance of 5.44×109? ? g/cm2 is greater than107? ? g/cm2 of viscose fiber.It provided reliable experimental data for subsequent spinning experiments.The spinning practice was conducted with Yasser fiber as the raw material,and yarns with good yarn strength and evenness were spun by continuously optimizing the production process parameters.Spinning practice showed that when using Yasser fiber spinning,it must be opened softly to reduce the impact,and the temperature,humidity and hygienic conditions of the spinning workshop must be strictly controlled to do a good job of cleaning to reduce the chance of yarn defects.In order to further improve the quality of yarns,the first step was to use the dislocation spinning to do small-sample spinning on the dyed fibers of the plant.Through the different spinning practices in the dislocation direction,the quality of the corresponding yarns was studied and compared.The results show that the left oblique can increase the breaking strength of Yasser yarn,reduce the elongation at break of Yasser yarn,and has a significant effect on reducing the yarn hairiness,but it does not greatly improve the yarn uniformity.Therefore,the corresponding misaligned spinning production can be carried out in the production of colored spinning yarn which has a high requirement for the breaking strength and the yarn hairiness but has low requirements for the dryness of the yarn.The morphological changes in the twisted triangle of the fiber during different misalignment processes were analyzed.The sliver tension in different spinning processes was deduced and a mathematical model of different dislocation spinning was established.Finally,the disadvantages of the existing dislocation spinning devices were analyzed.Twonew dislocation spinning devices were independently designed to provide a more accurate mechanical basis for different process parameters of misaligned spinning.
